Shipping & Returns

All Faunawave orders are placed, paid and delivered through our Etsy shop. The policy shown on the Etsy listing at the time of your order is the one that applies; this page is a plain-English summary.

Production and shipping

• Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
• Shipping cost and estimated delivery date for your country are shown on the Etsy listing and at checkout before you pay.
• You will receive tracking through Etsy when your order ships.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• We do not offer exchanges, because every piece is printed to order. Please check the size chart on the listing before ordering.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• Contact us through Etsy before sending anything back.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, message us on Etsy with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, before production starts. Message us on Etsy as soon as possible.
